Kris is insecure, incompetent, and very much not customer friendly. He talks down to staff on the daily, dresses very unprofessional, never able to act like a manager and take care of issues, has little knowledge really of how to manage people. Kris should never have been in his position only looking good because of the success of his employees.
Just purchased a 2022 Bronco from them. Got it at sticker price and very nice people to work with. No pressure on anything. We had our credit pre-approved prior stepping in and literally spent just an hour (or maybe little less) there. Very pleased with the purchase and service. Will come back and give them more business!
